Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 5bdtk ("5bdtk", "we", "us", "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 5bdtk website at https://5bdtk.org, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and content available thereon.
By accessing the 5bdtk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. 5bdtk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5bdtk is an online gaming and sports betting platform. All products on this site — including casino games, crash games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — involve real money wagering and carry inherent financial risk. Only persons aged 21 and above who understand and accept this risk may register and participate. If you are under 21 or if gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not access or use this platform.

Eligibility
To register and use the 5bdtk platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 5bdtk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend access pending verification.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 5bdtk.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded from this or any other online gaming platform under an active exclusion agreement.
5bdtk operates a strict 21+ policy. Age verification documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — are required before any withdrawal is approved. If age verification reveals that a player was under 21 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all pending winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned after deducting administrative costs.
Account Registration
Each user may hold only one registered account on the 5bdtk platform. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a unique password, and accurate personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not create more than one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be suspended and any winnings may be forfeited.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. 5bdtk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- You must promptly notify 5bdtk support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person. 5bdtk accounts are strictly non-transferable.
5bdtk reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (KYC) checks at any point. Full KYC — including submission of a national identification document — is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 5bdtk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 5bdtk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved payment channels as listed on the platform at any given time, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank accounts.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 5bdtk may apply enhanced verification for large deposit amounts.
- Deposits are credited to your 5bdtk balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 5bdtk is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
- Funds deposited on 5bdtk may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform. Depositing for purposes other than gameplay is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (same-source rule), subject to the payment provider's availability. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid national ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. 5bdtk reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.
Bonuses and Promotions
5bdtk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, daily login bonuses, reload bonuses, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each promotion may carry additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- All bonuses are credited in bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real cash.
- Bonus wagering requirements are stated in the specific bonus terms for each offer and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times over).
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
- 5bdtk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where the platform determines that a promotion has been misused or exploited.
- Daily login bonuses are credited automatically on each qualifying login and do not require a claim action. Streak multipliers apply to consecutive daily logins and reset if a day is missed.
5bdtk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using the same payment method across multiple accounts, and placing bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent (also known as bonus hunting or matched betting on a single platform). Where bonus abuse is identified, 5bdtk reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets on 5bdtk — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific market rules for individual sports and competition types may be published on the relevant betting page and take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.
- All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement.
- In the event that an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum completion requirements for that market are met, 5bdtk reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
- 5bdtk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, individual event, or player account. Stake limits may be applied without prior notice.
- Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be corrected by 5bdtk at any time. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the correct price at 5bdtk's discretion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5bdtk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
- Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
- Creating or operating more than one account, or using another person's account credentials.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform or using 5bdtk for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
- Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or exploiting any software vulnerability or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
5bdtk employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where a violation is confirmed, 5bdtk will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach — ranging from a formal warning for minor first-time infractions, to immediate permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances for serious or repeated violations. 5bdtk may also refer confirmed cases of fraud or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension and Termination
5bdtk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited activities outlined in Clause 6.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Where 5bdtk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or account compromise.
In all cases of account closure, 5bdtk will communicate the reason to the player via the registered contact details where it is lawful and safe to do so. Legitimate account balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to 5bdtk (including voided winnings from rule breaches) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
Responsible Gaming
5bdtk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools, which are available directly from the account settings area after login. These tools include:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 5bdtk account.
- Session time reminders: receive an alert after a set gaming session duration to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
- Self-exclusion: block your account from access for a period of your choosing — options range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
- Reality checks: periodic on-screen notifications showing your net gaming activity (wins minus losses) for the current session to help maintain perspective.
Privacy and Data
5bdtk collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including registration data, financial transaction data, gameplay history, and device/browser information. This data is used to operate the platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and improve platform services. 5bdtk does not sell personal data to third parties.
Full details of how 5bdtk collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data — and your rights in relation to that data — are set out in the 5bdtk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5bdtk's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5bdtk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special loss or damage, including loss of profits or loss of data.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 5bdtk's control (force majeure).
- Any loss arising from a player's own decision to gamble, including any gaming loss incurred on the platform, which is the sole risk and responsibility of the player.
Amendments to These Terms
5bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5bdtk will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the 5bdtk platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the revision takes effect and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 5bdtk encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, 5bdtk will appoint an internal disputes resolution officer to review the matter. The decision of the internal disputes resolution officer shall be final and binding on both parties, save where a player exercises any right available to them under applicable consumer protection law.
